Two Pincushions
I have finished the two little pincushions that I started many years ago. By hand, I button hole stitched 'round the hearts and then added running stitch on the edges of the light strip. The flowery stitch is one of the decorative stitches on my machine. I was inspired to use this after seeing Tali's little cushion. Turned out okay I think.
PINCUSHION NO 1
PINCUSHION NO 2
Each afternoon Oliver finds a quiet spot for a long nap. Couldn't resist showing these photos of him from yesterday. He's such a little sook!
How cute!
Through blogging I have discovered he has a double living in Paris! Tonya from Lazy Gal Quilting has a cat called Habibi who looks just like Olly. Apparently Habibi hails from Cairo and is one of a clan of four quilting felines.
