Mystery Quilt Fabrics

On Friday I had a great day out with Vicki, Roseanne and Sarah. In the morning we visited Leanne at Esme's in Launceston, then it was off to see Pauline at Calico Crossroads in Exeter. While there we picked out our fabrics for next weekends Mystery Quilt Class with Kerry Swain. My selection is mostly Luna Notte by 3 Sisters with a couple of French General fabrics thrown in.

The pale pink 'toiley' fabric at the bottom is going to be the background.

Back to school tomorrow ... gee that fortnight flew by .. but I have managed to finish the last two Simple Pleasures stitcheries ...

Jug of Flowers

Basket of Flowers

and Tail Feathers is now a completed top.

Over the next few weeks I need to concentrate on some 'secret' sewing.
Will try and show a few peeks along the way.

Love your mystery fabrics. How much of each did you have to buy? It looks like a fabric roll I bought earlier this year. I stuck it in a drawer and ran into it again this weekend. I had forgotten all about it, and it's SO pretty!

    Happy mystery stitching,
