Been having a play with my Quilter's Blessings stitcheries ... last years free BOM from Capricorn Quilts. I've added scrappy borders to all 16 blocks ... so must now decide how to set them.
I found 3 fat quarters of this blue toile in the depths of my stash and will probably alternate it with the stitched blocks.
This fellow decided the sunny spot on the table was the perfect place for him to have his afternoon nap. Too bad about my quilt!
Why do we always melt when we look at our cute cats...LOL!
ReplyDeleteLove your blocks and how the Capricorn BOM quilt is coming together! Some members of my quilt club have made them and it’s great to see all the different solutions to finish the blocks!
Love that gorgeous toile fabric It works so well. I think in the next life I just might have to be a quilters cat :-)
ReplyDeleteYour quilt and stitching looks fantastic! I bet you really didn't want that layout anyway, did you? I think that Oliver likes his better.

ReplyDeleteOh - so pretty! I love blues!
ReplyDeleteI don't think cute enters into it. I think they just wear fur. After all does a mink make you cute or are you cute therefore you get a mink.
ReplyDeleteYep........am nuts tonight.
Love the quilt.
And mine does exactly the same to any quilt that comes out of anyones bag.
Just as well my dear friend who brought hers to show me has three cats as well.
