From Sarah ... patterns from Figtree Quilts and Thimble Blossoms to use up some of my collection of jelly rolls and layer cakes ...
and Lynette Anderson's Scandanavian Christmas pattern set. I've had my eye on this one for a while .. love the red stitching with the applique.
From the Quilt Patch in Launceston ... fat 8th rolls of Rural Jardin. This range is rapidly becoming my new favourite.
I took some pictures of some recent stitching but they were so awful I'm going to have another try today while the light is better. I'm NOT a fan of winter and the cold, grey days that accompany it!
Looks exciting, Christine. What are your plans for the fabric???
ReplyDeleteSuch great stash Christine. I just picked up that Jelly Girl pattern myself. What is it about those patterns that look like so much fun to make? The other patterns are great as well. And I just love that fabric you picked up - that's a favorite of mine too.
ReplyDeleteWonderful finds!! The patterns look like they will work up quickly and the fabric is really romantic.
ReplyDeleteI agree Christine - winter is the pits, but then we have spring as a reward - love spring. Lovely shopping.
ReplyDeleteJust discovered your blog "accidentally" tonight. Isn't Internet great? Love what you did with French Général' Rouenneries fabric. I too am a fan of hers and currently working on project with same fabric. Have bookmarked your site and will sure return.

ReplyDeleteLots of lovely goodies. I love the Rural Jardin fabric too..just finished a quilt using some Rural Jardin charm squares and those colours are just lovely. Have fun!
ReplyDeleteWell Christine you are stock up for the winter boy has it been cold. Saying home by the fire and quilting sound great to me.
ReplyDeleteSomeone has been shopping!! Love all the great things you have bought to make your quilting more enjoyable.
ReplyDeleteFound you on Amy's recent quilt show online.
That Rural Jardin is gorgeous, Christine, especially in blue. Lovely! I have been away from blogging, recuperating from surgery, but I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. I love your latest Tail Feathers block; it is going to be really spectacular when you're done.
